When you create an agent account on KeDwell, we collect your name, email address, phone number and agency details. When you post a listing, we collect property details and photos. We do not collect payment card information — all payments are processed securely through Pesapal.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the KeDwell platform, display your listings to buyers and renters, send you notifications about your account, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information visible to the public

Your agent name, phone number and agency name are displayed publicly on your listings so buyers can contact you directly. Your email address is not displayed publicly.

4. Photos and listing content

Photos you upload are stored on Cloudinary and displayed on your listing pages. By uploading photos, you confirm you have the right to use and publish them.

5. Cookies

KeDwell uses session cookies to keep you logged in to your agent account. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

6. Data security

Your password is stored as a secure hash and is never readable by anyone, including our team. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

7. Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at info@kedwell.co.ke. We will process your request within 7 business days.
